PAYMENT & INVOICING
As our items vary in size and weight, automatic calculation of postage in the past has been in some cases, unfair. For example if you were ordering stencils or embellishments that cost relatively little to send, you were still paying the minimum postage rates. Now we have decided to give you more choice and options with what we believe to be a much fairer system, that will offer more alternatives to you, our valued customer.
HOW WE NOW WORK
- Browse through our wonderful range of products - (which will continually evolve) and make your selections by adding items to your shopping cart.
- Fill in all the required details and make sure you select your postage option, payment method and whether you wish your parcel to be insured or not.
- Press submit order and your order will be forwarded to our warehouse for picking. Once we have confirmed availability of all your items, we will add the appropriate shipping charges and insurance if selected and advise details for payment of your order. Your invoice will then be forwarded back to your nominated email address with a request for payment. Payment would then be appreciated within 24 hours of receipt of your invoice as we are unable to hold items already picked past that time.
- Once payment has been confirmed your order will ship within 3 working days (normally sooner). If there will be a delay with your order for whatever reason, we will advise you immediately.
- 3Kg and 5kg Australia Post satchels are an economical way to ship some items so please keep this in mind when ordering. Our postage charges cover Postage and Handling.
REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY
- We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience! We will happily exchange your item if returned within 14 days
in the original un-opened packaging or provide you with a gift voucher for a future purchase.
Please note: Crafty Critters cannot refund your purchase if you have simply changed your mind.
- If your item is faulty you may return your item to us for a full refund or a replacement product.
You will need to contact us prior to sending your item back so that we can authorise the return.
- Returns unless faulty are at Customers Cost.

Every effort has been made to display products as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate
